Financial solutions provider swissglobal l is hosting a focused UK recruitment drive in London to source experienced financial services professionals as well as entry level self-starters for its Swiss based offices. The high-powered event is being held on August 31st 2018 at the Citizen M Hotel near the Tower of London.
New UK recruits will be heading for the firm’s Zurich, Basel or Geneva offices. Exceptional quality of life, competitive remuneration and international experience are just some of the advantages on offer – as are unique learning, development and mentorship access.
The firm is seeking Level 4 and 6 qualified financial advisers and those studying towards, with positions also open for business development managers. swissglobal is open to experienced personnel with transferable skills in complementary business areas such as foreign exchange and mortgages.
The recruitment drive is being led personally by Mike Coady, Group Managing Director of Swiss Global. New recruits will benefit from direct access to him for mentoring to accelerate their induction and growth. A veteran of the financial solutions industry, Coady is also in heavy demand as a motivator and performance-oriented leader.
“It is a privilege to be overseeing a recruitment drive for swissglobal, where we’re looking for motivated starters and experienced financial consultants to come on board in support of our ambitious expansion plans. We’re hiring from the UK because of the country’s reputation as a global financial hub, and the vibrancy of the employment market there. Potential recruits can look forward to competitive remuneration structures, incentive programs, international experience and an excellent quality of life as they head to one of the World’s most exciting markets for financial services,” said Coady.
Apart from an exciting relocation to Switzerland’s financial hubs, recruits will also benefit from swissglobal’s technology-driven Level Up platform for learning and development. The online training platform offers industry-level examinations and accreditations, and also carries courses in soft skill and leadership development.
“We’ve sunk significant technological and human resources into revamping our entire Level Up platform to ensure that our teams have access to the industry’s best repository of learning and skills development. I have personally overseen module and coursework development, and we’ve had Level Up further resourced by independent experts as well. We want recruits joining the dynamic swissglobal team to have access to the right resources for accelerating their growth. We also offer on the ground coaching and naturally cover the cost of taking accreditation exams as part of our new human capital development approach,” added Coady.
Apart from experienced personnel, swissglobal is also seeking fresh graduates for entry level roles and sales-related profiles. The firm’s recognised induction programme will help graduates relocate, and also offer the training and mentorship to help them craft rewarding career paths
“This is an exceptional opportunity for new graduates to take the first step on a career ladder that sees them gain international experience in any of the three vibrant cities that our brand operates out of in Switzerland. Entry-level recruits will be supported every step of the way – be it skill acquisition, learning and development, goal setting, performance management or crafting rewarding career paths. In return, all we ask for is the drive to learn, engage and grow,” Coady noted.
