Guardian Wealth Management has today announced it has launched its first office in the US.
The company’s first ever office in the country is the next step in its global expansion programme.
The Guardian Wealth Management Miami, US office will be headed up by Nathan Tarr who will be initially responsible for a team of 7.
Nathan Tarr says “Guardian Wealth Management’s expansion into the Unites States is a very exciting time. The US business market is arguably the largest in the world, but also one of the most difficult. It takes time to get it right, however within weeks of opening we have seen massive demand across all the states. We will be providing holistic financial advice, ensuring we meet all of their planning needs as they move through their working lifespan into retirement”.
There is an overwhelming demand from clients in the US market for advice around existing pension options. There are many nationalities here that have spent time living and working in the UK and there lack of knowledge and experience amongst local US advisors.
Gavin Pluck, GWM’s Managing Director added “I am very much looking forward to working with the team to build the GWM US business to one of the largest in the Group over the coming years. Everyone is very focused and the results are already providing significant positive feedback”.
The Guardian Wealth Management Miami, US office is located in the heart of the financial district in Brickell. Our team brings with it a host of experience in the industry both from the UK and in the US.
Mike Coady, GWM’s Chief Commercial Officer further added: “Having worked with Nathan Tarr for some years now, I know he will make this a huge success. Good luck to all those at GWM USA – exciting times ahead!”
