Workplace Solutions appoints new Head of Operations – James Ellison
I’m pleased to announce the appointment of James Ellison as the Head of Operations at Workplace Solutions Limited.
James joins Workplace Solutions, a subsidiary of deVere Group, from JLT Employee Benefits, where he was Project Operations Manager.
Workplace Solutions was set up to cater to the ever-changing demands that arose as a result of the legislative changes that allow individuals more freedoms with regards to their retirement funds.
The department, which provides expert advice to current and former employees of corporations in order to help them reach their long-term financial goals, has already acquired numerous contracts with major multinational organisations and household name companies.
Speaking of James Ellison’s appointment, Managing Director of Workplace Solutions, Simon Chrystal comments: “The appointment of James underscores the growth of Workplace Solutions and the strength of our proposition. You do not attract leaders of the quality of James Ellison unless you are demonstrating strength right from proposition through to service delivery.”
James joins other greatly respected professionals at Workplace Solutions, including Maxine McIntyre who started in August as Head of Wealth Management; Richard Walter as Head of Standards and Technical; and Paul Butler as Operations Director, highlighting Workplace Solutions as a key player in the markets.
James says of his new role: “A key influence in my decision to join Workplace Solutions was to work for a developing business where the existing team have a clear desire to be a market-leading entity, focused solely on providing the highest quality advice to members approaching retirement.
