deVere United Kingdom nominated twice in Professional Adviser Awards 2014
It was announced this week that deVere United Kingdom has received nominations in two categories of the prestigious annual Professional Adviser Awards.
The first is the ‘Adviser Firm of the Year’ award, in which the United Kingdom division of deVere Group has been short-listed within the Midlands category. The second is ‘Paraplanner of the Year’, with deVere United Kingdom’s Lee Grimshaw included in the list of nominees.
It is an honour for deVere United Kingdom to be named twice in the 12 Professional Adviser Awards categories, which celebrate excellence and accomplishment in the financial services industry.
The news of the nominations comes in the same week as the official opening of the new East Midlands office in Sherwood Oaks Business Park.
The Professional Adviser Awards 2014 are taking place on Thursday 13th February at The Brewery, London.
‘Paraplanner of the Year’ award
Nominee, Lee Grimshaw, joined deVere United Kingdom in August this year as a Senior Paraplanner. Thanks to his comprehensive studies into investment analysis tools and research systems, the United Kingdom arm of deVere now operates a highly efficient ‘employed’ model.
Lee has also developed a series of suitability reports that have been introduced throughout deVere’s operations in the UK, and he also arranged a training day which saw advisers from all over Europe attend.
