deVere hosts Leaders 360° conference in Barcelona
I’m delighted to be amongst many deVere and international guest speakers at what will be a unique and highly inspirational deVere conference, to be held in the iconic W Hotel, Barcelona this 12th -13th September.
The event brings together a number of our senior staff including our founder and chief executive, Nigel Green, along with top-level invited guests such as Tim Murphy, CEO of IP Global, for what is to be a milestone event for our organisation.
Leaders 360° is all about leadership, excellence and expertise. It gives a platform for us to voice our thoughts on present and future business, markets, industry and consumer trends, and personal and professional development against the backdrop of the financial sectors as they stand today.
I’ll start proceedings by taking a look at the year to date and where we are now. Antony Stack (Director at Clarendon Distribution) follows with a presentation on becoming truly successful, followed by Paul Dodds (Senior Area Manager, deVere Switzerland & Italy) who’ll be sharing ideas on building a stronger environment.
Nathan Tarr (deVere Area Manager, Zurich, Switzerland) then joins us for his presentation on developing successful habits and attitudes, before Tim Murphy talks about the industry-first partnership we’ve developed with world leading real estate investment group, IP Global. To conclude day one and open day two, Nic Woodthorpe-Wright (Managing Director of Woodthorpe-Wright Associates) will talk about 21st century leadership tools.
Two day leadership event
Continuing day two, our CEO Nigel Green will present ‘deVere Extraordinary’, an uplifting, upbeat insight into producing extraordinary performance. Something, I’m proud to say, we at deVere are rather good at, as our year on year results prove!
Other day two speeches include Kerry Newcombe (Head of the European Communications Centre) who’ll tell us about the pioneering facility that she heads up, and Andy Oliver (Senior Area Manager, deVere Spain) who’ll be looking at competition and creating peak performance. I’ll also have a hand in proceedings with two presentations: one on developing the deVere process through coaching, and the other to conclude the conference on targeting the future.
Leaders 360° promises to be a tour de force of both deVere and guest speakers and is a high-end event that I’m really enthused about. More news on the two day event after the conference closes on Friday 13th.
