deVere Group Graduate Programme – The fast track to success

Earlier this year we asked a few of the graduates from deVere Group’s Graduate Programme, to tell us a little bit about this demanding yet rewarding scheme that sees young talented individuals become fully-qualified financial advisers or investment brokers within two years.

Described as “a fast-track route to success”, the Graduate Programme was launched to assist graduates to enter the vibrant, international financial services sector by gaining unrivalled hands-on experience with high-net-worth clients all over the world, extensive one-to-one mentoring from some of the most senior and qualified consultants in the organisation, and formal industry qualifications.

As highlighted in this video, every one of the graduates discusses the excellent opportunities provided by the Graduate Programme, as well as the unsurpassed earning potential.

The programme gets underway with a six-week training course, giving students the required skills to become Trainee Wealth Advisers.  Further training will then take place in one of numerous deVere Academy hubs located in some of the world’s most exhilarating cities, such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Shanghai, New York, Geneva, Moscow, and Hong Kong, amongst other destinations.

Following the two-year programme, students can then select their desired location out of deVere’s 71 offices worldwide to kick off their career as a fully-fledged wealth management professional.

As stated in the video, the in-house training and Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI) training within the deVere Group Graduate Programme is unequalled.  Graduates with little or no economics background are also welcome to apply, and will receive all the help and support necessary from within a leading, responsible global financial organisation that prides itself on its upbeat working environment and strong work ethic.
